How this resolves

EVENT-based, with a disclosure deadline: resolves YES if Strategy Inc. (MSTR) or a subsidiary sells any bitcoin with a trade date between Oct 14, 2026 12:00 AM ET and Dec 31, 2026 11:59 PM ET, as disclosed in an SEC filing or an official Strategy statement published by Jan 15, 2027 11:59 PM ET. Transfers between Strategy's own wallets or custodians, pledging bitcoin as collateral, and lending do not count as sales. Otherwise NO. Betting closes Dec 31, 4:00 PM ET. These rules are fixed at listing and are never clarified or edited afterwards; Hunch settles by hand from the named source and publishes the figure it used.
