How this resolves

ANNOUNCEMENT-based: resolves YES if Strategy Inc. (MSTR) publicly announces — in an SEC 8-K, on strategy.com/purchases, or in a post by Michael Saylor or Strategy on X — that it acquired bitcoin, with the announcement published between Tue, Oct 20, 12:00 AM ET (2026-10-20T04:00:00.000Z) and Mon, Oct 26, 11:59:59 PM ET (2026-10-27T03:59:59.000Z), regardless of when the bitcoin was bought. A Sunday post that only hints (e.g. a tracker chart) without stating a purchase does not count. Otherwise NO. Betting closes Sun, Oct 25, 12:00 AM ET. These rules are fixed at listing and are never clarified or edited afterwards; Hunch settles by hand from the named source and publishes the figure it used.

Fee and settlement

Fees fund Hunch markets. The 2% entry fee from this Strategy weekly purchase market goes to the Hunch market treasury. Winners split the entire market pool pro-rata by stake (parimutuel), so payouts never exceed the pool. This market has no live price feed — it is settled manually once the outcome is clear from sec 8-k · strategy.com/purchases · @saylor / @strategy on x, by Oct 25, 2026, 04:00 AM UTC at the latest.
