Resolves YES the instant Tokenized NVIDIA (NVDAc) reports 5,000,000 dollars of on-chain float at any settlement tick on or before Oct 31, 2026, 11:59 PM UTC — an early-lockable milestone. Otherwise NO at the deadline. The dollars of on-chain float count is read live from the Tokenized NVIDIA (NVDAc) API; Hunch reads the raw metric and applies the 5,000,000 line itself, so settlement never depends on the partner's own call.
Fee and settlement
