How this resolves

Resolves YES if Microsoft's the non-GAAP (adjusted) diluted EPS the release presents (GAAP diluted EPS if it presents none) for fiscal Q1 2027, as stated in its earnings press release (SEC Form 8-K, Exhibit 99.1), is strictly greater than $4.72. $4.72 is the consensus estimate recorded at listing (Yahoo Finance consensus, read Oct 13, 2026, 26 analysts) and never moves. Equal to $4.72 resolves NO. Figures are compared as reported, to the cent. Later restatements are ignored. If the results are not released within 45 days of Wed, Oct 28, the market is VOID and refunded. Betting closes Wed, Oct 28, 4:00 PM ET, before the release. These rules are fixed at listing and are never clarified or edited afterwards; Hunch settles by hand from the named source and publishes the figure it used.
