Resolves to the band containing (on-chain price ÷ official price − 1); the five bands are mutually exclusive and winners split the entire pool pro-rata (parimutuel). Both numbers are public and reproducible: latestRoundData() on the Chainlink feed and the token's deepest stable Base pool.
